no it just means that they will give you a code allowing you to unlock them without having to archive what ever it is the rest of us will have to

i presume you are all getting the 360 vers or is anyone ps3'ing?

Yes it does, if you got to Elite or completed SP Campaign then you get bonus XP/unlocks.
