Basically I and many other people ordered GTAIV SE from Shopto months and months ago.
I checked with them last week, on the weekend, and then again today to make sure all was well with the order as they had not taken payment.
Only today was I told that they had NO STOCK and that they would not have it till the end of the week.
This for one of the biggest games ever.
Companies like this don't deserve my money or yours, so please buy elsewhere
after play abused/battered my halo 3 collectors edition I decided any other special/collectors editions I plan to order will go through amazon, and only standard game orders through the likes of shopto and play.
I've bought from there once I think. I normally order new games from gameplay though. Play.com usually for anything in the sale.
I have the morning off gonna drive around the local GAME and HMV stores, wish me luck.................

Nope it's not Karma, I would be dead if Karma was true.
Not only have they fucked this up (for thousands of people) they are now deleting all references to it on their forums.

I've avoided Shopto since I had Pes2008 on preorder and day it was due to be dispatched they emailed me the price had gone up £5 so i cancelled it and avoid them altogether now.
I preorder at Game I wait till a discount code appears usually £3-£5 then preorder loads
games repeatedly using the code I go through Quidco aswell earning a extra cashback 10% *I think its that much* they only charge card on dispatch so can always cancel if change your mind.
cant say ive every had any problem with shopto, but in saying that if its a big game that i specifically want i tend to either buy it off the high street or like spanky the larger retailers like amazon
anyway my 360 version of gta is surprisingly listed as in Manchester so fully expecting it to be here tomorrow
I'm sending the missus down to game, to do some trading tomorrow. I'll be texting her every 5 min until she's got the damn thing.
