Two copies of the LCE Fable 2 were waiting for me when I got home yesterday. A bit disappointed as the collectors stuff (figurine etc) were removed from the EU release - however Gamestation did reduce the price by £5 on each.

Only difference I can see over the standard release is it comes in a cardboard sleave and has a different front and back cover.

You also get free downloadable content on a scratch card inside, not sure if this will be released in future for everyone else or not though.

Starting the game - and it looks stunning on my TV - can't remember if its 1080i or p but the graphics in the intro and cut scenes look good even on Kekies non HD ready Plasma. You have to play for about 30 mins (usual tutorial stuff) before you get to access the downloadable stuff. The LCE downloadable stuff is a sword - better then anything you'd have access to at that point and armour - again better then anything you'd have access to at that point as well as some potions.

I'll sort decent photos this afternoon on a proper camera as taken on my mobile and crop etc.

Kekie's plundered ahead in the game as she transferred 91000+ gold from her Fable Pub Games over to Fable 2 and just brought tons of armour, weapons, shops, potions etc.
In comparision I didn't, have about 3000+ gold coins and the basic weapons and armour the game gives so far

I've just got the Bog standard edition myself and as ive not bothered sorting my internet connection my pub games cash is in nowhere land atm not that i had much cash on it anyway as i found the pub games stuff rubbish i do like Fable II though i've already played it a few hours in the time i've owned it and its very good game imo

i got this too, havent tried it yet due to other commitments(warhammer) any idea what the online play is like? And is it an essential part of the game

Onlines not an essential part at all - basically you can have someone join your game as a companion (henchman) whether over Live or if they pick up a 2nd controller in your room. When they leave they give all their gold and experience earned to you. Not tried with Kekie across Live so dont know if the same happens of if they carry over experience and gold back into their own game.

I was laughing my ass off at Fable 2 earlier I was in Bowerstow and this gay boy came over and said all right sugar so I took the safty off and slashed him to pieces then got community service!

i saw an advert for it on the telly today and was sorely tempted to buy it

I got some evil looks when I went gay bashing but strangly enough some people liked that!

Theres an achievement for having an orgy - thats next on my list
