It does Vik, but assuming as a Brit car they cant do anything unless they catch him in the act. Same way in Britian johnny foreigners rack up thousands of pounds in PCNS and Congestion Charges in Westminister (one car had over £400,000) but as foreign cars council can't do anything other then clamp
