I've never played a Socom game before so it is all new to me but :

I find the controls a bit oddball, especially the zooming in and the over the shoulder view..

I seem to have endless dancing around CQB battles with people where we actually kill each other (ie we both die.....)

The menus for changing your kit etc seem to be sooooo slow.

Claymores don't work how I expected lol, it took me ages to understand you have to actually trigger them off yourself

I'd really rather the comms not come through my TV, I don't think my daughter needs to hear some 14 year old yank shout obscenities....]]>

Liam Neeson movie, never seen him in something like this...

Not even sure what the UK state of this movie is (ie cinema or dvd release) but very good film and I thoroughly recommend it.

Very Bournesque and I thought a surprising role for Liam, I actually fancy watching it again.

There was a list of PS3 names on the PS3 Socom forums last week for people who wanted access to the Beta (the list was closed last week though so no more name could be added...)

Shijima has just confirmed on the forums that they will use that list, and email everyone on it a beta code (although it may not arrive till Monday).

The good news is that I added all of our PS3 names to that list last week Smile

so if you miss out on the eurogamer codes this afternoon then you should get one from the forum list Smile

theres a series called burn notice, dont think we have it over here but its hilarious and techy like james bond

basically its a guy who was in the cia, gets kicked out but doesnt know why and is dumped in miami which he isnt allowed to leave or they will kill him, so he does little jobs on the side like scaring off drug dealers n such with smart little plans all while trying to find out who "burned" him so he can fix it and get his job back, also stars bruce cambell as his friend which in itself should make it a must watch for all the cult fans]]>

Also trying to find a PS3 gamercard like the 360 one in my signature any ideas as the one's I have found are pretty lame! (the one below it seems you have to choose which game trophies that you want to show or else it says 0!)
